Access, Reproduction, and Use Policies

The Brubeck Collection website provides free access to all the information we have about the items in our Collection.

As of now, only a small portion of those items have been digitized. In those cases, the “media file” attached to the Item Record is a digitized image or recording.

These digital representations will require permission for your reproduction or use. Such permission will need to be secured from the Brubeck Collection or the Brubeck family. Please contact the Collection staff for more information.

In some cases, another copyright holder will be the rights owner and it will be the sole responsibility of the user to obtain that permission for reproduction and use.
